Objective: To understand the research hotspots of vectorcardiography by PubMed. Methods: With MS Excel, SPSS, Cytoscape software, we took MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) word frequency analysis, clustering analysis, coword network graph of PubMed papers. Results: By MeSH of 7838 papers analyzed, it shows that the current vectorcardiography research hotspots had focused on "Body Surface Potential Mapping; Electrocardiography; Myocardial Infarction; Heart Conduction System; Catheter Ablation; Atrial Fibrillation", etc, it also suggests that the most importance of which was "Body Surface Potential Mapping" and "Electrocardiography". Conclusion: With multi-angle analysis of bibliometrics, we understand the outline of research hotspots about vectorcardiography. It is helpful and time saving for the researcher or doctor to understand the research hotspots in vectorcardiography.
