Minimally invasive surgery has been widely used in the treatment of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in recent years, and has achieved good clinical efficacy. Based on the basic theory of minimally invasive surgery, indications and contraindications are discussed, and then the minimally invasive preoperative preparation, intraoperative operation, postoperative management, and other aspects are systematically discussed. Finally, the application of microsurgery in the precise treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage is further prospected. (c) 2020 International Hemorrhagic Stroke Association.
