摘要：
目的对圆柏花粉浸液40kD条带的蛋白组分进行初步鉴定,明确其一级结构。方法将圆柏花粉浸液使用SDS-PAGE初步分离后,取40kD条带进行质谱分析。结果 40kD条带中获得肽段分别与Jun v 1,Cup a 1,Jun a 2及其他植物蛋白序列一致。结论 40kD条带可能包含多种成分,包括柏科花粉1组2组变应原等。
